Kruzzers Auto Care LLC provides professional mobile auto detailing services in and around Houston, Texas. Service descriptions, pricing, and packages listed on our website are for informational purposes and may change without notice.
All bookings are subject to technician availability, weather conditions, and service area coverage. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
2. Booking & Payments

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit/debit cards, EFS, cash, and digital payments.

A deposit may be required for select appointments or fleet bookings.

All prices are subject to applicable sales tax.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may result in a $50 fee or loss of deposit.

In cases of severe weather or emergency, Kruzzers reserves the right to reschedule appointments for safety reasons.
4. Customer Responsibility
Before service begins, customers must:

Remove personal items, valuables, and fragile materials from the vehicle.

Notify our technician of any existing damage, stains, or mechanical issues.
Kruzzers is not responsible for any pre-existing damage or items left in the vehicle during service.
5. Liability Disclaimer
While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, Kruzzers Auto Care LLC is not liable for:

Damages due to pre-existing defects, worn materials, or aftermarket installations.

Mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic failures that occur coincidentally during service.

Loss or theft of belongings left in the vehicle.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your detail, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the concern.
