Platform access is free during launch. Any future paid plan will require your explicit agreement before billing begins. Transport charges are separate.
Before you get started
Do I need a credit card?
No. Creating an account and using the platform are free during launch. You negotiate and pay transport charges directly with your shipment partner.
Does Kruzzers verify carrier insurance?
Automated insurance verification is not available. Profiles and USDOT/MC numbers are self-reported. Shipment documents can show manual authority, insurance and credit reviews with their source, date and recheck deadline. Missing or expired reviews do not mean verified. Confirm current coverage and suitability independently before assigning a shipment.
Will I receive email alerts?
Automated email verification, password-reset emails, and shipment alerts are not available yet. Check your workspace for quotes and updates. Save the recovery code shown when you create your account.
Are transport jobs or deliveries guaranteed?
No. Kruzzers provides marketplace and shipment-management tools. Loads, quotes, carrier availability, prices, and delivery outcomes are not guaranteed.
How do I get help or report a problem?
Use our support form to send a request directly to the Kruzzers owner dashboard. You can also contact info@kruzzers.com. Include the shipment reference if relevant, but never send passwords or recovery codes.
