Privacy Policy
Effective October 11, 2026 · Version 2026-10-11.2
This policy describes information handled through Kruzzers.com, including its marketplace, accounts, and support tools. Contact Kruzzers support or info@kruzzers.com with privacy questions.
1. Information we collect
- Account information: email address, name, account role and status, account dates, policy acceptance records, and hashed passwords and recovery codes. Passwords and recovery codes are not stored as readable text.
- Business profiles: business and contact names, phone number, state, services, experience, description, and USDOT/MC numbers you provide.
- Transport records: vehicle and route details, shipment dates, offered rates, quotes, assignment and status records, private pickup/delivery contact details, photos, VIN, odometer, damage markers and notes, electronic signature names, acknowledgement text and timestamps, rate confirmations, amendments, review-source references, and reviews.
- Support and administration: contact details and messages submitted to support, related account references, request status, and records of administrative actions.
- Security and technical information: session identifiers, request timing, and security rate-limit records derived from IP addresses and email addresses. Hosting and security providers may process network and request logs to deliver and protect the service.
2. How we use information
We use information to create accounts, display profiles and loads, match records to participants, manage quotes and assignments, display reviews, handle support, prevent abuse, enforce platform rules, and maintain the service. We record acceptance of the applicable policy version. We do not currently operate an advertising program or offer personal information for sale through Kruzzers.
3. What other people can see
Public: business profiles—including the name, business, state, services, description, experience and credential numbers you enter—along with ratings and published reviews. Shipment listings include company, vehicle, general route, dates, description, offered rate, and status. Do not include private information in these fields. Public information may be copied or indexed by others.
Shipment participants: quotes are available to the posting shipper and the carrier that submitted them. Assigned-carrier information is associated with the shipment. Private customer contact details and shipment photos are restricted by the application to the posting shipper, assigned carrier and authorized Kruzzers owner. Signed documents are available to these same users; QR codes require sign-in. A profile’s phone number is available to that user and accounts with which they have an assigned shipment relationship; that access can continue after the shipment.
Owner access: authorized Kruzzers administration can view account, profile, quote, shipment, review, and support records for operation and support. The owner dashboard includes private shipment contact details, inspection photos, signed documents and manual compliance reviews. Review records are shared with the parties to the relevant shipments. Administrative access is not public.
4. Service providers and other disclosures
We use hosting, database, file-storage, and security providers to operate Kruzzers. Information is stored in hosted databases and file storage and is processed by providers as needed to deliver those services. We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to valid legal requests, or as reasonably necessary to address fraud, protect rights, or investigate misuse. We do not publish private account credentials.
5. Cookies and browser storage
Kruzzers uses a secure, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you signed in, with a seven-day maximum session lifetime unless revoked sooner. Browser local storage remembers your shipper/carrier workspace preference. Hosting infrastructure may use additional functional or security mechanisms. The current application does not include advertising pixels. Clearing cookies signs you out; clearing local storage removes saved workspace preferences.
6. Retention and your choices
Account, shipment, quote, photo, review, and support records remain stored until removed through an administrative process; they do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. Earlier uploaded photo versions and signed records are retained; corrections to signed reports are appended as amendments. We may need to retain some information for ongoing shipments, disputes, fraud prevention, security, or applicable legal obligations. Copies held in infrastructure logs or backups may remain according to provider retention practices.
You can edit your business profile in the workspace. To request access, correction, account closure, or deletion, use the support form and choose “Privacy or account deletion.” We may need to verify your identity and explain any information that must be retained. Privacy rights and response requirements depend on applicable law. Never send a password or recovery code to support.
7. Security and account recovery
We use password hashing, access checks, secure session cookies, and request rate limits. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Choose a unique password, protect your device, and store your recovery code privately. Email verification, email-based password resets, and automated email shipment alerts are not currently enabled. A provided email address is not a verified identity.
8. Children and scope
Kruzzers is intended for U.S. vehicle transport participants aged 18 or older. Do not create an account or submit information if you are under 18. Contact support if you believe information from a child has been submitted.
9. Updates
We will update this page’s effective date when our practices change and provide notice of material changes through the website or account flow. New uses that require consent will be presented separately.
